The final task was the event – and it was a totally different story. We literally went into a “call centre mode” in order to invite more than 300 special guests. We wanted to present the company in the best way possible and make every single person feel special, so we paid attention to every detail: the program, the hosts, the guests. During the event, we projected the two videos and they got an outstanding response from everyone, including the international management of the company.
The client was more than happy, and so were we: we managed to both carry out an event of great importance and update the overall image of the company as innovative, progressive thinking and overachieving – values we knew have always been a major part of their story.
