After 4 successful years, a showroom and 2 stores in the biggest malls in Sofia, Bergner Bulgaria – an official representative of the Austrian company Bergner Home, launched a new online store and entrusted us with their digital marketing strategy, the development of the company’s Facebook page, the growth of their online sales and the graphic design of their web and print advertising.
We started in October 2017 by creating bigger online awareness using the Facebook page, gaining more fans and creating engaging visual content, emphasizing the strongest points of the company – the rich portfolio, the personal attitude towards each of the clients, as well as the offering of products with excellent price-quality ratio.
In November we created the first Facebook campaign dedicated to the launch of the new online store Bergner.bg and the special offers for the clients.
Shortly afterwards we designed and performed a successful Black Friday Campaign, managing to achieve CTR of 9.5% and Website purchase ROAS of 12.4 which resulted in the extension of the campaign to benefit even more of it.
The Holiday season brought us more opportunities to produce engaging content and high performing ads, as well as a very successful Facebook page contest with more than 300 fan photos published. The goal after completing all this is to continue the growth of the Facebook page and the online sales implementing more and more performance marketing tools, including new social platforms like Instagram and working with influencers.
